MDO Update

Millie has been doing fantastic at Mother's Day Out!  It took about a month before she seemed to start liking it, and then the past two weeks when I've dropped her off, she hasn't even cried!  I'm amazed and pleased and just feel so much better leaving her knowing that she likes it there.  She really likes her teacher, Ms. Ericka...and she tends to spend a lot of time in her lap. ;)  There is a window that I can watch from, so I've seen them playing peekaboo and other games.  And of course, I love it because I get so much done on Thursdays. 

Every week, Ms. Ericka says Millie does better and better.  She also said Mills really loves having a routine...she knows that after buggy time, it is lunchtime...and she knows that after lunchtime, it is naptime.  She said that she walks over to the same crib every time and sits down to start taking her shoes off.

A couple of weeks ago, they had school pictures taken.  The director said Millie wouldn't let them take her bink out, so those should be interesting.  I'll be sure to post when I get them. ;)
