A Rainy Day at the Zoo

Yesterday, we decided to brave the rain and visit the Tulsa zoo.  It wasn't bad at all and the zoo had hardly anyone there.  It was really fun!  Plus, Papa and Grandma Tricia met us there, which made it even better!

both girls loved the train ride...Millie was extremely disappointed she didn't get to ride the carousel.  Looks like we'll be doing that next time...

 On our way home, we made a quick stop by Mimi and Pa's.  I was soooo glad to see them!

I can't speak for Mimi and Pa, but considering neither had a nap, I thought the girls did really well ;) It could've been much worse.  Most of their attention was on poor Jinxsy, the cat.
