This girl is four and a HALF!  She loves that we've added the half.  She also loves to eat chocolate almond butter straight off a spoon.
We went to see The Good Dinosaur recently.  First time for the four of us to go to the movies together.  It's so fun for the girls; totally makes it worth it.
Family selfie
Back to school for the girls!  Mills gets her own umbrella.

Millie made this awesome lego computer
Lots of time spent with Nana these days.  Now that she's here, I forget to take pics.  We love having her here though!
Tuesday grocery shopping with Syd.  She puts wayyy too many things in the cart, refuses to sit in the cart, and refuses to wear real clothes.  Princess cinderella dress with "princess anna shoes" or nothing at all.
Barbies are becoming a thing.
Last week, Millie officially started playing soccer.  She practiced a lot the week leading up to the big game!
Isn't she the cutest gray stingray you've ever seen?!  She was surprisingly timid on the field, but I think it was just a bit overwhelming.  I expect each week she'll gain more confidence.  It's interesting to see her in a role where she isn't the leader of the pack.
Another day, another princess dress...
tiaras, heels, dresses, jewelry, purses...these are their favorite things

super special daddy-daughter lunch date at chuy's
 Syd's recent school artwork section:
She painted this tooth with a toothbrush!
I wonder how many of these she ate
getting better at coloring specific items

Syd was VERY proud of this doctor's kit she made
She makes me open her bag so I can see it right there in the hallway when I'm picking her up from school
Millie's recent school (and home) artwork section:
She sent this as a thank you note for a christmas gift.  It's the beach.  The purple things are towels.  The brown things are surfboards.  Awesome!

She's beginning to draw pictures and write words other than her first and last name.  Love it!
freehand-ing letters now
a house
cutting and glueing and number recognition
look how great her coloring in the lines is coming along!
