So much to catch up on...Christmas came with a whole new baby twist this year, which has been super great! Okay, first came Christmas Eve Eve when Colleen, Tony, Dan & Luc came out to our house to celebrate the holiday and spend the night. We played Yahtzee and Life, watched A Christmas Story (my first time to see it), went out to eat dinner AND breakfast the next morning, opened the kids' gifts, shared tons of Chuck Norris facts, and made several dozen more cookies. A good time was had by all!
she's still soooo interested in the pets
On Christmas Eve, Millie woke up with a face rash. We had started her on sweet potatoes for the three previous days, so this could be the culprit. I'll try them again at a later date to see if there is a problem again. Anyhoo, no other allergy symptoms and the rash is pretty much gone by today. She looked a little sad with it though.
Early Christmas morning and Millie was up and at em, which unfortunately, is not out of the ordinary. It was fun to open gifts with her for the first time; she liked the bows. And she got some great stuff from Santa: blocks, bath toys, stacking toys, a colorful ball, lots of things that have flashing lights and loud noises, and a perfect little jewelry box with a pink ballerina inside.
i swear, we did not teach her this hand gesture

Christmas afternoon, we headed to my dad's house for a Tyson Christmas get-together. Tons of people showed up, and it was so nice to see everyone...and of course, we got to eat some delicious Christmas ham (thanks dad!).
the whole clan
We love you Papa
Hillery, Sheridan, Jocelynn, Tricia, Dad, Zak, Whitney, & Maya
I love these beautiful girls; they are always such a joy to be around. They are so polite and interesting and talkative, and it is fun to watch a house full of girls drive my dad wild! Another reason to celebrate: Tricia's son, Zak, asked Whitney to marry him on Christmas morning...and she said Yes! Congrats to them!!
Here is a cute video of Uncle David making Millie laugh:

The best news of the day: Millie slept all the way to Tulsa and all the way back!
That pic of you, JKK, Millie, and the pets on the couch is one of the greatest photos ever taken...those hats are awesome!
