It was a bit chilly in Galveston when we boarded!
Mr. T won some good stuff in the arcade
They loved sitting by the windows at dinnerGetting warmer the further south we go!
Finally! Woke up ready to hit the pool
Free ice cream on the pool deck - yes please
A bit windy when you go up top - amazing how the ocean seems to go on forever
Living the dream
Syd won some jewelry at the arcade too. Hilarious because the girls didn't want to play any arcade games; they just tried to win jewelry and rubber ducks the whole time.
The ice cream was self-serve. Every time we saw Millie walk by, she had a different cone.
Three so far this day :/ We had to put a limit on it!
The ship had a kids camp that we used a bit to let the girls play with other kids and take a break from the pool. Turns out the ship also had a wine shop that had daily tastings!
Movies by the pool at night
different day, different animal
First stop was Honduras - we only got off to eat lunch and got back on the ship. It was raining a bit and none of the excursions sounded good to us.
Second stop was Costa Maya - we went to the beach this day, but the water was a bit cold
The girls preferred the pool!
It was a good day.
Fish pedi! Hahaha, so weird.
Poor JKK had to do quite a bit of work while on vacation. It was February, after all...
He managed to relax a little too. ;)
Final stop was Cozumel, and it was beautiful! The beaches looked the nicest there, and the weather was hot!
Mmmmm...mexican food is the best
daddy's eye color
souvenir fans
Back to the pool and ice cream for the rest of the tripNot too shabby
look at that sky!
worn out - they slept so good!
cool kid
This is a funny story: One morning at breakfast, Millie whips out Syd's souvenir fan (because her own was already broken). Syd flips out because it's HER FAN! Apparently, Millie smuggled it in her panties, which cracked us up. Syd is obviously upset about this.
Rainbow sighting! A wonderful trip. The girls loved every minute, and we loved getting away to warmer weather in the middle of winter. It was the perfect vacation for their ages, also!
Back to reality
And back to the cats! We missed those kitties!I think they missed us too...
