Thanksgiving Nov. 2017, we took a road trip up North! It was extremely relaxing for the girls. ;)
Quick pit-stop in Janesville WI to see a house JKK grew up in. Awwww <3
Then we moved on further north to the famous waterparks of the Wisconsin Dells! Kyle met us there!
And he wasn't alone. Turns out it's very bright inside those waterparks because the ceilings allow in natural light. First stop was the gift shop for some sunglasses. #momsohard
Syd wasn't feeling great that weekend, so she opted out of swimming for snuggling with her bear on the lounge chairs.
We got her in a few times though! There was a super fun wave pool right outside our cabana! Fun slides and tons of other stuff for the kids. It was awesome! We stayed in a cabin and played games at night. Great start to the trip!
Then on Thanksgiving day, we headed south a bit to the Madison area to see Lucky.
And some others too! Nick, Tom, Jack, and Aunt Kathy hosted us in their home for Thanksgiving dinner. It was lovely!
Luc, Coco, Uncle Tony, and Dan made the trip up also
Millie had the most fun. She always gets so excited to see everyone! I imagine she'll always be the glue in whatever family her future holds. She loves visiting family and spending time with each other.
