Syd turned NINE with a party at CLIMB! She wanted an actual party this year, so we did our best to somehow combine a luau theme with a rock climbing location. Syd just doesn't do well with crowds focusing on her though, so it was a roller coaster of emotions that day. Cayden and Beck were there, of course.
She's made some good friends at her new school this year. It was fun to see her feel so loved by old and new friends!
Also, one exhausted girl: mentally and physically. She got it together at the party, but we decided this would be the last party for her. She does better with one-on-one fun...bless her little heart.

Kevin was the star of the show.
Nine is looking to be a pretty fun year because this is one funny girl! Seriously, her sense of humor blows me away. She's tidy and organized, meticulous with her schoolwork, a good listener and a good helper, a follower of rules, a bit of a procrastinator, and always out to get a few laughs. She's still incredible at entertaining herself and talks to herself loud enough for us to hear. Still pretty innocent and I'm happy to keep her that way as long as possible. My little hand holder. We love you Syd Pid, aka Piddy, aka Freshy!
I always make them take a few "real" pictures and these turned out so cute!
